MS Stergioti Bio Production S.A., founded in 2019, is a family-owned company devoted to premium organic olive oil. Guided by Mr. Polykarpos Stergiotis and his daughter, agronomist Ms. Margarita Stergioti, the company cultivates ancestral groves near the Palace of Phaistos, transforming heritage into excellence.
